Personal Insights
Before training in Shollomaya, I felt as though I was a slave to my emotions. Different thoughts and feelings could be overwhelming and would dictate the level and quality of engagement I could find in life. Now, I get to choose which emotions I want to be in. I have more space inside to be able to step back and look at a situation from a more expanded perspective and decide how I want to engage. I have so many less “buttons” to push that send me into a broken record of dysfunctional interactions. I can simply ask myself, “How do I want this situation to be/feel like?” and go there instantly. Thanks to the work I have done with Alawashka and Shollomaya, feelings have become informative helpers rather than tyrannical rulers.
I have also lost many of the nagging, critical inner voices that used to tear me down in an incessant cacophony of negative self judgment. Some have become more gentle “reminders” and many have simply vanished. Instead, my inner voices now offer supportive, realistic and fair assessments of myself and the outside world. I have found out what it means to honor and love myself, and therefore can truly extend those qualities to the world.
Generally, I live my life from a place of peace, hope and joy since working with the frequencies of Shollomaya. I feel connected to a rich tapestry of energy and love that supersedes the limits of mundane existence that so many people see as the only reality. My reality is boundless, and therefore so are my opportunities for fulfillment.
