CUSTOM ITEMS
Our DIVINE JEWELRY can be customized. For special sizes or gemstones, or if you'd like us to execute a one-of-a kind piece for your store, please contact us for details. One of a kind designs must be prepaid. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS
Payment must be made in U.S. $. Orders will be prepaid with credit card or MONEY ORDER until credit is established. Blue Star Network accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Company Checks are also accepted when credit is established. A $25.00 fee will apply to all returned checks and subsequent orders will be sent prepaid Money Order or credit card only. Please Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with our products. Please call us for authorization of return within five days of receipt of shipment. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized by Blue Star Network and be in saleable condition. Authorized returns made within 10 business days of receipt will receive a full refund or credit (less shipping & handling charges). We recommend all returns be sent insured as Blue Star Network will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Returns will be gladly accepted for reasons of manufacturing defects, unsatisfactory quality, or if merchandise was shipped in error. We are not responsible for mishandling of the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Orders in the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS GROUND or PRIORITY MAIL (depending on size and weight) unless otherwise requested. Shipping & handling charges will be based on weight and value, with a minimum charge of $9.00. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via the best method for your order and shipping costs will be emailed for approval. Express shipping is available upon request. International rates will be determined when ordering. We will email you with the shipping rates for approval once your order is finalized. Shipping charges subject to change to reflect UPS/USPS rate hikes.
